The silence of the sunrise.  The solitude. The  serene awakening of our day. The wholeness of your being. The essence of life is renewed within and this feeling overwhelms your physical self.  This awakening  of your essence can be experienced at any time of your day.  When you reflect within to your inner energy you will experience your true existence. 

This connection to your inner energy is an easy exercise in discipline.  To begin, empty your mind of all physical thoughts.  Then all you  need do is go to a higher level of thought.  You go above your physical self.  Your physical self is only a means of experience on this plane.  We have lowered our thoughts and self to such minimal levels, all in the name of life.  Our lives are filled way too much with the physical body,  the need to impress (our vain side), our work and the time to do.   Very horizontal mentally. You have to bring your thought pattern above this level.   Go beyond the base thought. Once you have mastered your higher level of existence you will be able to connect with all that awaits you. This is your true energy.  This connection is where you should live.

This is such a fascinating realm of existence.   Your body will actually experience a higher thought pattern and your physical self reflects this state with a difference in your heart rate and vital statistics.  This is self in sync. This is existence through true energy.  This is serenity and beyond.  This level of thought can be realized  at any time of your day life once you have mastered the elective thought process.  Go higher. Truly.  This does happen.  You higher level of thought process does put you on a higher level of life.  And this is the supreme state of being. Thought beyond the physical.  Thought through inner energy.

These answers come with the end of one moment and the beginning of another. Transitions. Changes. To every beginning there is an end.  The only eternity is our energy with our Creator.  As you come to the time of an end reach for a new beginning.  The end you are facing signifies you have finished a test.  You are ready to move on.  Each and every life has numerous tests and lessons.  That is part of our existence for the experience of the physical.  So praise your self for finishing a lesson in your life.  Do not feel sorry or loss.  Feel joy that you are accomplishing what you have come here to do.  And move forward.  Look for that next lesson.  Seek your next step.  You are fulfilling your gods for and of you.   The next lesson will come to you whether you are ready or not.  Be prepared.  Some lessons are harder than others and there is no order to your lessons.  You must realize that the harder the lesson the stronger our faith and belief in your creator.  This is just a fact of life - and this fact is also a part of your life lessons.  So when the new lesson lands in your life, pray for strength and guidance.  our Creator will be there with you every stop of the way.  Some lessons are lengthy and some are shot.  But ach is necessary to fulfill your commitments during your time of life.  Go forward with you day.  Your lesson is nearby.  I liken these lessons to my attic room full of desks.  You sit at each desk.  Each desk being of different styles, and character. And you open a drawer.  And then another.  As you finish your tasks at this desk you can close the drawers and move on to the next desk.  Each drawer in a desk will bring similar lessons and when all the lesson are finished and all the drawers are sealed you can go on to another desk. Dome desks have only one drawer - ma be small or large - but you lesson will me as an individual test. Then you move on to the next desk -may with four drawers - all being of similar design so your lessons shall hold similar circumstances.  Just e ready. Whatever move you make, your desk holds much for you to experience and learn.  Give thanks.  Connect to your creator.  Rejoice in your Creator
